Members
The National Corrugated Steel Pipe Association (NCSPA) was established in 1956 to promote sound public policy relating to the use of corrugated steel drainage structures in private and public construction. Currently, its fabricating members produce approximately two-thirds of all domestic corrugated steel pipe (CSP) and structural plate systems in the United States.

The Association works to provide resources and technical information to assist in the formulation of specifications and designs. In addition, the Association proactively promotes the use of CSP throughout the industry, providing valuable educational information on the benefits and applications of CSP to college engineering students, professional engineers and specifiers, and local, state and federal officials.

Member Benefits

  • Publishing of key technical papers, books and videos, such as those on installation, good manufacturing processes and modern sewer design.
  • Marketing outreach programs, such as regional detention/retention seminars and college visitations designed to build market demand and usage for CSP, as well as an extensive advertising campaign.
  • Annual meetings that bring industry participants together to learn the latest developments on the technology, regulation and marketing fronts.
  • Annual seminars for the continuing education of our members. These annual seminars feature topics such as production methods, compliance with federal and state regulations governing the workplace, and new fabricating techniques.

NCSPA also retains a full-time chief engineer who maintains regular contact with federal and state agencies that can have a positive or negative impact on the industry, and ensures that the CSP industry's voice is heard when matters affecting our industry arise.

NCSPA maintains two standing committees composed of members. The Product Promotion Committee (PPC) provides national advertising and promotional support to all members. The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) provides technical support to members.
