Lane Enterprises, LLC was approached for a special project for 2 residential tract projects. Tract 17634 was a 20 Home Cul-de-sac layout design that would incorporate a 96”x20’-16 gauge retention tank for each home and also a 48” 16g x 150’ perforated system for street runoff. Lane Enterprises, LLC worked directly with the engineer to help clarify requirements, classification, corrugation profile and 48” system layout.
Tract #18657 was another project within 1 mile of 17634 and incorporated a 72” Detention system. The added challenge was both projects were authorized to start within one week of each other with only 2 weeks to fabricate both systems. Lane Enterprises, LLC was able to deliver all tanks and 2 detention systems within the given time frame.
