Thank you for your interest in the NCSPA Photo & Video Contest. At this time our contest is currently closed. Please feel free to view our winners gallery below! We will reopen the contest in December of 2025. Please feel free to return and enter your best photos.

Rules & Regulations:


Contestants may submit one photo or video per category to the NCSPA Photo & Video Contest. All submitted photos and videos must be the original work of the entrant and adhere to all OSHA guidelines for safety. By entering, entrants grant NCSPA the right to use all submitted materials in marketing and informational materials. All contestants must be 18 years of age or older. Photos must be submitted in their original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame. AI-generated photos and videos will not be accepted. Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prizes, and banned from future contests.

Entries must be submitted via the official contest channel; submissions through other channels will be deleted. Entries will be judged by NCSPA members and the general public via online voting. All decisions are final. NCSPA reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or non-conforming to contest rules.

Submissions will not be accepted after the posted deadline. Prizes are non-transferable and must be collected by the winner.  Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the contest, including, but not limited to, providing photographs and/or videos of themselves with their prize for use in NCSPA marketing and promotional materials.  Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If no response is received within five (5) business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
