Camp Hill, Pa – Oct. 15, 2025 – Lane Enterprises, LLC, a 100% employee-owned company and trusted leader in the stormwater management and drainage solutions industry since 1934, announces the full integration of Pacific Corrugated Pipe, which the company acquired in 2021. Effective January 1, 2026, the Pacific Corrugated Pipe brand will be fully unified under Lane Enterprises, LLC, marking a milestone in the company’s mission to provide innovative, high-quality solutions to its valued customers across the United States. Over the past four years, the companies have expanded with new manufacturing facilities on both coasts and achieved significant growth.
Since the acquisition, both companies have operated independently under Lane Enterprises Holdings, Inc., combining their strengths to enhance service capabilities. The integration establishes Lane Enterprises, LLC as the largest manufacturer of both metal and plastic drainage products—including pipe, chambers, structural plate, and other accessories—delivering comprehensive solutions for projects nationwide. Lane also operates a full coatings facility for both galvanizing and polymer coatings.
